Limited Edition Island Gin Rosé - Supporting Breast Cancer Research

Finally out of the cask! Our limited edition aged Rosé gin has been in port barrels quietly resting.

Our inspiration for this new gin is the stunning sunsets over the island of Samson which we view from Porthmellon beach, a short walk from our island distillery. We asked a fellow Island Maker, Oriel Hicks to capture one of these sunsets in her brilliant glasswork. This we had printed as a reverse label for the rear of the bottle, with the sun’s warmth enhanced when viewed through our Rosé gin.

We are donating £2 per bottle during the month of October to support Breast Cancer Research

The Rosé takes it’s warm colour from ageing our gin in port oak barrels, which also deliver inviting perfume aromas of tawny port, dry vermouth, cedar wood and subtle vanilla on the nose. On the palate, it opens with bright violets and vanilla, followed by sweet orange and the gentle warmth of ginger, closing with dark cherry notes.
