Enjoy an ISLAND GIN and tonic whilst we show you our Distillery and talk about making gin. Use our library of 60 botanicals to select a ‘recipe’ for your own gin. We will guide you through the flavour profiles and you will have your own mini still to create a unique gin.

Whilst your still works it’s magic, you can choose a name for your gin which will appear on the label of your bottle. You will leave with a 50cl of your gin and a 50cl of ISLAND GIN in a canvas double bottle bag.

For two people the mini still is shared and you work together to create your gin!
